Senior Business Analyst

The Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA), in partnership with Inspire People, are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead business analysis activities within agile, multidisciplinary delivery teams, translate user and business needs into clear requirements, and support the development of user-centred digital services. Permanent role, salary of £44,241 plus a 28.97% employer pension contribution and Civil Service benefits. Its Digital Services and Technology Directorate develops and improves digital products and services to meet user needs and support the agency''s objectives.Reporting to a Lead Business Analyst, you will work closely with Product Owners, developers, testers and other colleagues across agile delivery teams. You will investigate business needs, define and validate requirements, refine product backlogs and help teams deliver valuable service improvements.
