Senior Business Analyst HYBRID £80-90k

FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Senior Business Analyst to work for our client within the insurance sector. This is initially a 3-month contract with the potential to extend and will be a hybrid role based in Edinburgh, Glasgow or Cheshire. Our client is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Business Analyst to support the BPA Buy-In Implementation Team in shaping and documenting the future-state operational processes for Bulk Purchase Annuities. This role is critical to ensuring the team is equipped with robust, efficient, and compliant processes as we scale their BPA operations. The successful candidate will work closely with subject matter experts across the business to define, map, and document key operational workflows, with a strong focus on customer experience, operational resilience, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Collaborate with business subject matter experts to define and document to-be operational processes for BPA buy-ins Create detailed process maps using industry-standard tools such as Visio or Lucidchart Develop comprehensive supporting materials including standard operating procedures (SOPs), process guides, and staff training content Design and document the end-to-end process for the production and issuance of BPA Customer Video Statements Ensure all communications are clear, consistent, and aligned with internal standards and regulatory expectations Define processes for performing manual benefit ..... full job details .....
