We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong understanding of asset management to join our team. In this role, you will become a trusted partner to stakeholders, identifying opportunities, shaping solutions, and driving strategic initiatives through data-driven insights and analysis.This is an important hire for Hayfin, during a pivotal growth phase after a successful management buyout in 2025. You will work closely with the Change and Transformation Director, as part of a small, high-caliber team, collaborating with senior leadership.Requirements

8+ years of analyzing, documenting, and delivering high-quality business processes8+ years of eliciting requirements for IT systemsExperience working within or consulting to asset or wealth management firmsSkills
Proficiency in capturing and documenting detailed business requirementsAbility to facilitate stakeholders in defining clear and concise requirementsExperience with data projects and delivering data solutionsEnd-to-end project lifecycle experienceExperience interacting directly with end users and stakeholdersExcellent communication skills, adaptable across technical and executive audiencesAbility to develop business cases and perform cost-benefit analysesCapability to operate in complex environments with limited documentationKnowledge of asset management processes and project deliveryKnowledge
