Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements, user stories, and use cases using tools such as Confluence. Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, architects, developers, and third-party vendors to ensure requirements are understood and delivered effectively. Define and support testing activities, including test strategy creation, test case development, solution validation, and defect analysis. Document business processes using modelling tools and contribute to maintaining enterprise process repositories. Support project delivery through stakeholder engagement, risk identification, knowledge transfer, and project closure activities. Your Skills and Experience Strong experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, and functional specification documentation.
