Senior Business Analyst

About The Role FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Senior Business Analyst to work for our client within the Finance sector. This is initially a 6 month contract with very good prospects to extend and will be a hybrid role that will be based in Cheshire. FDM is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support large and/or complex change initiatives within a technology and change environment. You will take ownership of detailed business analysis, helping translate business needs into effective processes, requirements and solutions while working closely with stakeholders and delivery teams. Responsibilities: Lead business analysis activity across large and/or complex change initiatives, taking ownership of detailed business designs, processes and functionality. Engage stakeholders and delivery teams to investigate operational issues, opportunities and business needs, defining scope, priorities and benefits. Analyse processes and data to identify effective solutions through improvements in information, technology, processes or organisational change. Develop current and future-state models using appropriate analysis and modelling techniques, selecting suitable approaches to elicit stakeholder requirements.
