You will work directly with business leaders and technical teams to shape how corporate services processes evolve, ensuring both the people and the technology are ready for what comes next.What you will be doingLeading and facilitating workshops with business and technical stakeholders to capture requirements and challenge assumptionsSupporting Target Operating Model discussions, helping the business articulate where they are today and where they need to beProducing high-quality BRDs, process flows, data flows, and requirements documentation - quickly and accurately after workshopsCompleting impact assessments and supporting the business through testing, go-live, and hyper-careIdentifying risks, escalating issues, and keeping workstreams on track autonomouslyBuilding trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across a global organisationWhat we are looking forSolid experience as a Business Analyst on corporate services or entity management software projects - you understand the terminology and can hit the ground runningProven ability to lead workshops with both business and technical audiencesStrong documentation skills: BRDs, process maps, data flows - produced to a high standard ..... full job details .....
