Senior Business AnalystSheffield / Hybridc£50,000 + Great Benefits37 hour week + Flexible WorkingThis is not a "sit in a lane and write requirements" type of BA role.Elevation Tech and Transformation are currently partnering with an organisation undergoing significant digital growth who are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to help shape how discovery, delivery and business analysis evolve across a growing digital function.The environment is genuinely collaborative and multidisciplinary. You''ll work closely with Product Owners, Delivery Managers, UX, User Research and Technical teams across a broad digital portfolio covering everything from front-end services and websites through to core operational systems and transformation initiatives.A big part of the role will focus on helping establish a new discovery capability that sits across multiple delivery teams - creating a stronger pipeline of well-defined work and improving how projects move into delivery.
