Senior Business Analyst (CRM) - 12 Month FTC

Senior Business Analyst (CRM) position in Bristol (hybrid) - Up to £65,000 depending on experience plus benefits A job opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Business Analyst (CRM) to join an international professional services organisation that is based in central Bristol. This role will initially be a 12-month FTC, with the potential to become permanent after this period. You will join a highly successful and growing Change and Transformation team, taking responsibility for business analysis around a CRM portfolio of work, supporting strategic design, delivering against agreed projects and programmes and ensuring all service objectives/outcomes are met. You will liaise with a range of key senior stakeholders, taking responsibility for requirements elicitation, business case design and the development of target operating models. This is a hybrid working role (3 days a week on site), based at their central Bristol office.
