Senior Building Surveyors x 2

We are looking for Chartered MRICS Senior Building Surveyors to join a well established Project Management Consultancy firm in London - 3 days office/site and 2 days at home.-

The role will involve mentoring/superivising junior team members, work on refurb/fitout projects across-Schools, Residential Developments, Listed Buildings, Retail and Retrofit projects. If you have experiences in some of the following areas please get in touch.-

Refurb / Fitout / Building Safety (Cladding)/ Building Surveying-/ Drone Surveying / Technical Due Diligence / Technical Compliance / Planned Preventive Maintenance / Party Wall / CDM / Damp & Mould Surveys / Retrofit Assessment / Sustainability
