They now seek a SENIOR BUILDING SURVEYOR who needs to have five years + experience of building surveying. You do not need to be chartered but you should be keen to become RICS qualified and support will be given. You will work on a variety of projects including cladding remediation, fire reinstatement, contract administration, project management, surveyors, report writing etc. Projects include student accommodation, affordable housing, regeneration, education and more. THE COMPANY My client is a firm of consultants with three UK offices at present.
