You''ll work alongside an established team of surveyors, project managers, engineers, architects and cost consultants, delivering high-quality advice and project outcomes across a wide range of sectors.The role offers a strong mix of professional building surveying and project work, as well as the opportunity to mentor junior team members and support the continued growth of the business.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of a wide range of Building Surveying services.Undertake condition surveys, defect diagnosis and technical due diligence reports.Prepare specifications, schedules of work and tender documentation.Act as Contract Administrator and Employer''s Agent on refurbishment and capital projects.Manage projects from inception through to completion.Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) surveys and asset management reports.Undertake landlord and tenant work, including dilapidations and schedules of condition.Provide technical advice to ..... full job details .....
