Senior Building Surveyor / Project Manager

Your new companyOur client is a consultancy looking to expand their Liverpool office with a focused and passionate Senior Building Surveyor/Project Manager. The successful candidate will be working alongside other Building Surveyors/Project Managers in the team to mentor them and be able to independently take on professional and project-related instructions to achieve objectives on behalf of a variety of prestigious clients. You will be actively involved in client development, financial management and the continued growth of the business.They are looking for a candidate who already possesses at least 2+ years post MRICS qualification with a good level of technical Building Surveying / Project Management experience in private consultancy who is ambitious, hardworking, organised and has strong communication skills.They strongly believe in enjoying our work, working as part of a team, thinking outside the box, and going beyond expectations.
