The role will have a strong project delivery focus, with responsibility for managing a varied portfolio of projects, typically ranging in value from 500,000 to 50 million.Projects may include:Historic building renovations and refurbishment schemesCommercial office fit-outsPrivate refurbishment projectsFire safety and building compliance worksMajor fa ade remediation projectsYou''ll take the lead on projects, acting in roles such as Project Manager, Contract Administrator, Employer''s Agent or Lead Consultant.
