Benefits for the role of Senior Building Surveyor include: Highly competitive salary Generous holiday allowance Contributory pension scheme Professional development Personal development Duties for the role of Senior Building Surveyor include: Undertaking and managing building surveys, condition surveys and technical due diligence Preparing high-quality technical reports, specifications and schedules of work Identifying building defects, establishing causes and recommending practical remedial solutions Providing professional advice to clients across a range of property types Managing refurbishment and improvement projects from inception through to completion Acting as Contract Administrator or Employer''s Agent where appropriate Preparing and reviewing specifications, tender documentation and contract documentation Managing contractors and consultants and monitoring quality, progress and costs Undertaking site inspections and reporting on construction progress Advising clients on planned maintenance, lifecycle issues and capital investment ..... full job details .....
