Location : London Salary : £350- £400 Key Responsibilities Undertake building surveys, condition assessments, and technical due diligence. Prepare reports, specifications, schedules of work, and tender documentation. Administer contracts and oversee project delivery. Advise clients on maintenance, compliance, fire safety, and building safety matters. Develop planned maintenance and lifecycle programmes. Build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships. Requirements MRICS qualified or working towards chartership. Experience in building surveys, defect diagnosis, and technical reporting. Knowledge of contract administration, statutory compliance, and building safety legislation. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Full UK driving licence.
