This is a 3-month ongoing role with a rate of -47ph over a 37 hour working week. The successful candidate will take a lead role within the Property Services team, overseeing surveying activity across either housing or non-housing assets, with the potential to manage up to five direct reports. This is a senior position with responsibility for project delivery, compliance, asset condition, repairs, and contractor management within a busy local authority environment.
