You ll work across a diverse portfolio of projects spanning education, commercial, retail and care, combining professional building surveying services with hands-on project delivery. This is a role where you ll have real ownership of your work, from initial client brief through to completion, delivering projects that improve buildings and environments used by communities across the region. The Role As Senior Building Surveyor, you ll take responsibility for a varied portfolio of professional and project-led instructions, working closely with clients, consultants and internal teams. Your role will include: Delivering a broad range of professional building surveying services Leading refurbishment, improvement and asset management projects Managing projects from initial brief through design, procurement and delivery to completion Acting as lead consultant and key client contact Preparing specifications, reports and technical documentation Undertaking contract administration and project management duties Coordinating internal disciplines and external consultants Ensuring ..... full job details .....
