Responsibilities include producing plans, sections and detail drawings for construction using AutoCAD for refurbishments, extensions, planned maintenance and new build projects, producing and managing planning, building regulation and building applications, and completing project designs and H&S risk assessments. You will also be responsible for carrying out building surveys with subsequent condition reporting, investigating building defects, developing solutions for those problems, preparing feasibility reports, and producing plans, sections, detailed drawings specifications, schedules of works, construction contracts, and other documents to high standards.
