They ve got big plans for the region over the next few years, and this is a great opportunity to be part of that journey. You ll be joining a team of 10 surveyors, reporting into the Associate Building Surveyor. The work is mainly project-focused, covering contract administration, project management, surveys and refurbishments, and planned maintenance. Sectors are varied from education and courts to residential, healthcare and transport. They re looking for someone who s confident with clients, friendly, professional, and wants to be part of a collaborative, supportive team. Whether you re already working at Senior level, or recently chartered and ready to step up, there s real scope here to develop into an Associate role.
