Senior Building Surveyor

We re working with a medium-sized building consultancy to help them find a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor to join their growing Bristol team. They ve got big plans for the region over the next few years, and this is a great opportunity to be part of that journey. You ll be joining a team of 10 surveyors, reporting into the Associate Building Surveyor. The work is mainly project-focused, covering contract administration, project management, surveys and refurbishments, and planned maintenance. Sectors are varied from education and courts to residential, healthcare and transport. They re looking for someone who s confident with clients, friendly, professional, and wants to be part of a collaborative, supportive team. Whether you re already working at Senior level, or recently chartered and ready to step up, there s real scope here to develop into an Associate role. What they re looking for: MRICS (essential) Either an experienced Senior or a newly-chartered surveyor ready to take that next step Someone who s commercially aware, confident running projects, and good with clients A team player with ambition to progress What s on offer: £55,000 £65,000 depending on experience 25 days holiday (rising with service) Discretionary bonus Pension Life assurance Professional fees and memberships paid Hybrid working typically 3 days in the office and 2 from home, but flexible depending on circumstance If you re looking for a genuinely supportive team, ..... full job details .....
