With multiple high end, exciting projects on the go, they are looking for a Senior Building Surveyor or Associate Director to add to the team. Key Responsibilities - Senior Building Surveyor / Associate Director;

• Lead project management and contract administration on high profile projects.

• Manage full project lifecycles, from feasibility and design coordination to procurement and completion.

• Oversee programme management, contractor performance, and quality assurance.

• Deliver commercial surveying services including Acquisition Surveys, Schedules of Condition, and Project Monitoring.

• Act as a trusted advisor to corporate occupiers, SMEs, investors, and landlords.
• Represent the consultancy at client meetings, presentations, and industry events.

• Mentor junior surveyors and help maintain high professional standards across the team.

About You;

• MRICS qualified (or working towards).
• Experience working in a commercial building consultancy.
• Strong experience in contract administration and project management.
• Knowledge of JCT contracts and the Law of Dilapidations.
• Confident client facing, and able to chair meetings and manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Commercially aware, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high profile consultancy environment.
