The Manchester team is continuing to grow and is looking for an ambitious Senior Building Surveyor who wants the opportunity to take on greater responsibility, broaden their experience and develop their career within a growing consultancy.The RoleWorking as part of a close-knit Manchester team and reporting directly to a director, you will be involved across a varied portfolio of building surveying and project work. Projects range from approximately 10,000 through to 1 million, giving you exposure to everything from smaller reactive and maintenance projects through to larger refurbishment and capital works.Alongside core building surveying responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to become increasingly involved in project management, contract administration and the delivery of works from inception through to completion.The majority of the work will be across the North West, with occasional travel to London and the rare overnight stay.
