This is a key role within the project team, taking ownership of large MEP design and build packages throughout the construction phase. You'll work closely with the client, consultants, and specialist contractors to ensure building services are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The position will involve overseeing the coordination, installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and public health systems, while also supporting the design process across RIBA stages and assisting with the pre-construction and delivery of high-value MEP packages.
