Senior Building Services Manager

Senior Building Services Manager Salter Grange is recruiting on behalf of our client, a family-owned international construction company known for building excellence through trust, certainty and value for its clients. Our client is seeking a Senior Building Services Manager to take responsibility for the safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health (MEP) systems across large or multiple projects. This role combines technical expertise with leadership and strategic oversight, ensuring MEP systems are fully integrated, tested and commissioned in line with design, statutory and sustainability requirements - leading and developing teams, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring seamless handover and long-term building performance. Building Services Manager Responsibilities Provide leadership and technical direction in applying Building Services management systems and procedures, supporting the wider Building Services strategy. Oversee technical and commercial aspects of MEP delivery from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, including tendering, procurement and package award. Lead the planning, coordination and integration of MEP works into the project programme, including early engagement with utility providers and stakeholders.
