Project engineering and managing M&E design teams, plus architectural and structures interfaces. Technical reviews of design requirements for both systems and equipment. Ensuring specification compliance, legislative requirements, and certificated scheme compliance, such as BREEAM and WELL. Technical evaluation of prospective manufacturers equipment submissions prior to purchase. Technical evaluation of sub-contractors tender offers, Quality Assurance, programme and logistics. Managing the production of coordinated installation drawings for technical compliance, buildability, operation, maintenance and H&S (CDM).   What We Are Looking For Ideally, you will have an Engineering Degree or equivalent.
