With a team of circa 25-30 engineers (a mix of permanent and contract staff), the business has built a strong reputation delivering refurbishment-focused projects across a range of sectors. Their workload is predominantly mechanical (roughly 70/30 split), and they maintain long-standing relationships with major clients including Atkins. The role is office-based and will suit someone who enjoys being present with the team, particularly as one of the immediate priorities is bringing in and developing graduate-level engineers. The company is keen to find someone who is not only technically capable, but also willing to mentor and support less experienced engineers on a day-to-day basis.
