We are looking for a dedicated Senior Building Safety Project Manager to lead vital projects that ensure regulatory compliance and safety benchmarks are met. About the Role: As a significant manager within our team, you will: Review defects and deficiencies in assigned schemes with a keen eye for detail. Project Manage schemes from initial design scope through to successful completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. Guide projects through the RIBA design stages, aligning with the Gateways outlined in the Building Safety Act 2022. Create and maintain a ''golden thread'' of documentation throughout each scheme, even if it''s not currently classified as an HRB. Key Responsibilities: Deliver capital works programmes to address defects in the housing stock managed by our organisation.
