They already have an established process for the management of Building Regulations, although you will have the opportunity to refine processes. They have strong demand from their client base which will allow for a high ceiling of progression for the Senior Building Regulation Principal Designer. The Role Lead Building Regulations compliance through design coordination, risk-based reviews, multidisciplinary interfaces, regulatory submissions, change control, HRB Gateway and Golden Thread requirements, reporting, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement of QA systems.
