Senior Building Regulation Principal DesignerA Construction Consultancy with a strong industry reputation are hiring a Senior Building Regulation Principal Designer to lead their team. You will manage a team of two former Architects turned Principal Designers and work on a mix of large and smaller projects, across both HRB and non-HRBs, across a varied portfolio.They already have an established process for the management of Building Regulations, although you will have the opportunity to refine processes.They have strong demand from their client base which will allow for a high ceiling of progression for the Senior Building Regulation Principal Designer.The RoleLead Building Regulations compliance through design coordination, risk-based reviews, multidisciplinary interfaces, regulatory submissions, change control, HRB Gateway and Golden Thread requirements, reporting, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement of QA systems.The PersonThe Senior Building Regulation Principal Designer suitable for this role will have at least 5 years of experience as a qualified Architect.The Senior Building Regulation Principal Designer suitable for this role will be a registered Principal Designer via RIBA, CIAT or APS.The Senior Building Regulation Principal Designer suitable for this role will have demonstratable experience of creating processes for Building Regulation information management.In Return?The salary is negotiable dependant on your ability and experience but as a ..... full job details .....
