They are seeking an experienced Senior Building Manager to take responsibility for a busy business park in South Manchester, comprising three commercial buildings. As the Senior Building Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of the three buildings, ensuring the seamless delivery of both hard and soft services while leading on health and safety, compliance, contractor performance, and tenant engagement.You will be responsible for managing key service partners, developing strong relationships with occupiers, and identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and improve operational performance.
