This is an outstanding opportunity to manage a landmark, multi-occupancy asset, taking ownership of all hard and soft FM services, contractor performance, occupier engagement, health & safety compliance and operational excellence. The successful candidate will also play a key role in driving service improvements, supporting strategic FM initiatives and leading on-site service partners to ensure the property continues to operate to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery and ongoing performance of all hard and soft FM services across the building. Manage specialist contractors through KPI-led performance management, contract reviews and monthly supplier meetings.
