What you''ll be doing: You will supervise a team of Building Control Technicians, ensuring all applications, notices and certifications are managed accurately and in line with ISO 9001 standards and the requirements of the Building Safety Regulator. A central responsibility will be overseeing the administration of the Building Safety Levy. This includes managing submissions, issuing statutory notices and taking appropriate enforcement action where regulations are not met.
