This is an excellent contract opportunity for experienced Class 3 Registered Building Inspectors with a strong background managing complex developments, higher-risk buildings and technically challenging Building Control cases. You will take responsibility for a varied portfolio of complex construction projects, carrying out plan assessments and site inspections, providing specialist regulatory advice and managing cases through the Building Control process. The position offers hybrid working, a competitive day rate which is negotiable for the right candidate, and the potential for the contract to be extended or become permanent.
