Senior Brokerage Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Brokerage Manager to take ownership of the brokerage function, manage a high volume of inbound opportunities and play a key role in driving business growth.

You will have a strong background in bridging finance, specialist finance or mortgage brokerage, with a good understanding of the UK lending market.

Essential Experience
• Strong experience in bridging, specialist finance or mortgage brokerage.
• Good knowledge of UK lender criteria and funding solutions.
• Experience assessing, qualifying and packaging finance enquiries.
• Strong understanding of the bridging market.
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage high volumes of work.
• Commercially focused with a proactive approach to business development.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Team leadership or mentoring experience is desirable.
