Key ResponsibilitiesTake the lead in the design and analysis of new and existing structures, including road and rail bridges, footbridges, marine infrastructure, and associated civil worksManage and mentor a small team of engineers and technicians, supporting their technical developmentWork collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated project solutionsCarry out feasibility studies and structural assessments, providing clear, evidence-based technical recommendationsPrepare detailed design drawings, technical specifications, and comprehensive engineering reports What we need from youDegree in Civil Engineering or equivalent5-10 years of experience working within a design engineering environment in the UKChartered (CEng) preferred or close toProven experience in the design of new/existing bridges and rail infrastructureProficiency in software such as Midas, LUSAS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, or similarExcellent communication and teamwork skills What''s in it for you?The chance to work on large and varied projectsSupport to work towards chartered status and other professional goalsMulti discipline engineering environment ..... full job details .....
