The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading BREEAM assessments and contributing to sustainable building projects. The role is able to be performed remotely.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive BREEAM assessments for new and existing buildings.- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring compliance with BREEAM standards.- Provide expert guidance and support to clients and project teams throughout the certification process.- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to optimize building sustainability.- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for BREEAM submissions.- Stay updated with the latest BREEAM standards and best practices.- Mentor and support junior assessors as needed.Skills and Qualifications:- Licensed BREEAM Assessor, with at least 2 years consultancy experience and strong knowledge of BREEAM processes.- In-depth knowledge of BREEAM standards and certification processes.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Relevant qualifications in environmental science, engineering, or a related field.Join our dynamic team and contribute to creating sustainable and efficient buildings that positively impact the environment. ..... full job details .....
