Description

You will be responsible for:

Developing and executing brand strategies to drive customer engagement and market share.Overseeing marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with brand goals.Planning and managing the implementation of brand marketing activitiesAnalysing market trends and consumer behaviour to inform strategic decisions.Managing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources for marketing activities.Monitoring campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.Leading cross-functional teams to deliver the innovation pipelineBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

Profile

The successful candidate should have:Proven experience within a Food or Drink FMCG Business or within the Hot Beverage spaceDemonstrable analytical skills to interpret data and drive marketing strategies.Experience in managing budgets and the PandLA strong commercial acumen is essentialA strong understanding of consumer trends and market dynamics.Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives.A creative mindset with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.A relevant degree or professional qualification in marketing or a related field.
