Senior Brand Manager

to join a forward-thinking marketing team. The role will focus on managing brand relationships, delivering creative and results-driven marketing campaigns, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with commercial goals. This role offers Hybrid working, with 3 days a week in the Office (upon completion of the probationary period).Working hours 09:00 – 17:30 Monday – FridayResponsibilities

Build and manage strong relationships with supplier brands, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Develop and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and offline platforms.Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging and effective sales support.Monitor campaign performance, report on KPIs, and drive continuous improvement across marketing initiatives.Requirements

A marketing qualification or relevant experience, with 3–5+ years in a brand or campaign-focused role.Proven ability to manage budgets, deliver ROI, and create engaging campaigns across multiple channels.Strong commercial and analytical skills, with excellent copywriting and proofreading abilities.Confident in working independently, managing priorities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Hybrid working pattern to support work-life balance.Opportunity to work in a collaborative, values-led environment.Scope for professional development and growth within a supportive team.Salary : Up to £45k DOE plus Company bonus.Location : CullomptonNote on Sponsorship : We regret to inform you that at this time, we are unable to offer sponsorship for work authorisation for this role.
