We’re looking for a Senior Brand Manager to define how Assembly is expressed in the world. You’ll be responsible for building brand presence that not only looks and sounds distinctive but also acts as a clear driver of business growth.This role requires someone precise, consistent and motivated by raising the standard. You’ll always be looking for ways to make things sharper, smarter and better. You’ll lead a small team and inspire those around you through vision, clarity and the quality of your own output.Coffee experience (or at least a strong interest) is a big plus, but what matters most is a proven ability to turn brand marketing into measurable impact. From strategy to execution, you’ll make sure Assembly communicates with confidence, consistency and purpose across every touchpoint.What you’ll do

Define and lead Assembly’s brand strategy, ensuring it aligns with commercial goals and long-term vision.Own brand identity, storytelling and tone of voice, keeping our communications both credible and human.Deliver an annual marketing calendar, balancing long-term campaigns with responsive opportunities.Oversee content creation across all written, visual and experiential channels while ensuring consistency and impact.Lead our programme of events and activations, ensuring they build brand equity and deliver clear ROI.Manage and develop two direct reports, setting OKRs and fostering a high-performing, values-led culture.Collaborate with sales, account management, ecommerce and leadership to ensure brand activity supports business-wide priorities.Play a central role in the launch of new products and initiatives, building compelling campaigns that communicate value.Monitor and report on marketing investment, ensuring we achieve both commercial return and brand growth.Skills and experience desired

5+ years’ experience in senior brand or 7+ in marketing roles, ideally with exposure to FMCG, hospitality or specialty industries.Strong understanding of brand marketing as a value driver for business growth.Coffee experience or demonstrated interest in specialty coffee is strongly preferred, but not mandatory.A track record of precision, consistency and delivering to a high standard. Full time (Monday – Friday).
