As a Senior Floating Branch Manager, you play a key role and with the uncapped commission, many earn well above expectations.

The Senior Branch Manager Package: Basic Salary £31,000pa Plus additional guaranteed earnings for the first 3 months Realistic Earnings (including commission): £50,000- £60,000pa 5 days per week (includes Saturdays, 3 on, 1 off) Holiday commission, 33 days paid holiday, birthday off Pension, life insurance, profit share bonus scheme, Rewards/incentives, structured career path, Employee assistance, and paid charity event entry fees The Senior Branch Manager role: Leading morning meetings and coaching sessions Generating new business and identifying leads Valuing properties and showcasing them for the best possible results Staying on top of market trends and building a reputation as an expert The Senior Branch Manager Person: A passion for building relationships and turning valuations into listings and sales Leadership skills and the ability to inspire teams Drive, ambition, and the ability to work under pressure Enthusiasm for helping people find their dream homes A strong work ethic with positivity and energy?
