We have an exciting opportunity at our Borehamwood office for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our expanding team due to the firm''s growth.Day-to-day of the role:Preparation of Management Accounts.Preparation of VAT Returns/CIS returns.Sales and Purchase Ledger processing.Managing Prepayments and Accruals.Bank reconciliations.Reconciliation of Balance Sheet Control Accounts.Reconciliation of Accounts.Required Skills and Qualifications:Practical work experience gained within a practice environment.Experience in using Sage, Xero and related Apps is preferred.Strong IT skills.Ability to provide App advisory services and deliver software (Xero) training and support to clients.Capable of handling daily/weekly bookkeeping and VAT return preparation and being a primary contact for clients on their record-keeping matters.Ability to manage own tasks, good time management and able to work under pressure to tight deadlines.Experience in statutory Accounts Preparation.Experience of training, reviewing the work of outsourcing staff.Self-discipline, organised, proactive, able to make and justify own decisions.IRIS Accountancy suite ..... full job details .....
