This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically skilled engineer who enjoys a mix of hands-on field service, customer interaction, and technical leadership.The RoleAs a Senior Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of specialist mechanical and electrical systems across customer sites throughout London and the South East.You will act as a technical expert within the service team, supporting customers, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive service activities.Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical faults.Commission new equipment and systems on customer sites.Provide technical support and guidance to customers and colleagues.Produce accurate service reports and documentation.Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health and safety regulations.Build and maintain strong customer relationships.Support junior engineers and share technical knowledge ..... full job details .....
