About the Company:

Our client is a well-established and supportive property management company based in East London. They are growing and are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Block Property Manager to join their team. The role offers a positive and flexible working environment with genuine career progression.

The RoleThe successful candidate will manage a portfolio of residential blocks, working closely with RMC (Resident Management Company) and RTM (Right to Manage) clients. The role is hybrid, with 3 days working from home, and includes a dedicated assistant to support with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential blocks

Build and maintain strong working relationships with RMC and RTM directors

Prepare and manage service charge budgets and monitor expenditure

Conduct regular site inspections and manage planned and reactive maintenance

Appoint and oversee contractors, ensuring works are completed to a high standard

Ensure compliance with all relevant lease terms and legal requirements

Handle leaseholder queries and communications professionally and promptly

Attend AGMs and residents'' meetings, providing clear and professional guidance

Liaise with internal teams including accounts, legal, and compliance departments

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 5-6 years’ experience in residential block management

Strong understanding and hands-on experience working with RMC and RTM clients

TPI qualification preferred but not essential

Must have experience with Building Safety Act

Salary up to £50,000, depending on experience

Hybrid working - 3 days from home

Dedicated assistant to support with administrative workload
