This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of BIM coordination, drive drawing quality standards, and mentor a growing CAD/BIM team within a technically focused and expanding business. Experience needed: • Significant experience as a CAD/BIM Technician within fire alarm, security, M&E, or technical services environments. • Advanced AutoCAD skills with experience producing large-scale system layouts. • Experience creating schematics, riser diagrams, containment drawings, and equipment layouts. • Strong understanding of drawing standards and QA processes. • Revit/BIM modelling and coordination experience. • Previous experience mentoring or leading CAD/BIM team members.
