This is a permanent role for a technician who has built and coordinated BIM models in live MEP project environments and wants to work on complex data centre and enterprise infrastructure schemes. ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY You will develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models in Revit and Navisworks, translate 2D drawings and technical information into coordinated model content, and work alongside engineers, designers and construction trades to make sure designs are fully resolved before they reach site. The role combines hands-on modelling with genuine BIM coordination responsibility: clash detection, design reviews, coordination meetings and clash close-out, all delivered in line with BIM Execution Plan requirements.
