London £70 - £75,000 BenchIT now seek the support of a highly-skilled, senior BIM technician to support the CAD, design and project teams across BIM design activity. This role requires solid experience in MEP project environments and ideally knowledge of IT infrastructure within data centre and enterprise environments. You will create, modify and coordinate 3D models using BIM software including Revit and Navisworks - working from 2D drawings and working closely with other trade services, delivering highly accurate andamp; coordinated models. Key responsibilities: Create and modify 3D models using BIM software such as Revit and Navisworks. Model components from 2D drawings, producing coordinated models, aligning closely with other trade services. Populate models with all essential annotation data, ensuring components are correctly tagged. Use Navisworks to identify and resolve clashes between disciplines.
