The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping BIM strategy, improving delivery processes and developing a high-performing BIM team.ResponsibilitiesLead BIM delivery across a portfolio of projects.Manage and develop a team of BIM professionals.Ensure projects comply with BIM standards and client requirements.Support project mobilisation and digital implementation activities.Monitor project progress and resolve delivery issues.Coordinate information management activities across project teams.Develop and manage Information Execution Plans.Provide leadership on BIM processes and governance.Support collaboration between clients, contractors and internal teams.Promote digital innovation and best practice.Maintain quality standards across BIM deliverables.Drive continuous improvement across digital workflows.RequirementsPrevious experience managing BIM teams.Strong leadership and communication skills.Experience delivering BIM strategy on complex projects.Ability to manage resources and project ..... full job details .....
