You will be responsible for maintaining BIM standards, ensuring coordination and model quality, and supporting the ongoing development of BIM processes across the studio.Your responsibilities will include:Supporting the delivery of BIM-enabled projects across all RIBA stagesPromoting and maintaining BIM standards, workflows and best practiceCoordinating models across disciplines and managing information qualityProviding technical support, troubleshooting and BIM training to project teamsMonitoring model development and reporting on progress, compliance and coordinationLiaising with internal teams, clients and external consultants to ensure effective information exchangeWhat you''ll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will ideally demonstrate:RIBA Part 1, ARB/RIBA Part 1 equivalent, or CIAT-accredited Architectural Technology degree3-5 years'' experience in a CAD/BIM coordination role within architectural practiceStrong understanding of the architectural design and technical ..... full job details .....
