This role would be particularly well suited to someone from a contractor background , rather than a consultancy, with strong experience delivering MEP coordination through Stage 4a, 4b, 4c and Stage 5 . You will be responsible for coordinating mechanical and electrical services, working closely with design, project and site teams to ensure projects are fully coordinated and delivered successfully. Key Responsibilities Lead MEP BIM coordination across projects. Coordinate mechanical and electrical services using Revit and Navisworks . Manage clash detection and resolution. Work closely with project managers, engineers and site teams. Attend and lead coordination meetings. Review designs and identify potential issues before they reach site.
