Role: Senior BigFix SMEDuration: 6months + Location: London, UKMode: Hybrid (3 days)The RoleWe require a highly experienced Senior BigFix Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide end-user-facing support for BigFix agent deployment and troubleshooting activities.The resource will attend scheduled remote support sessions directly with end users and application owners to facilitate BigFix agent installation, validation, and troubleshooting. While customer BigFix engineering resources may be available for escalation where required, the successful candidate is expected to operate independently, provide technical leadership during support sessions, and diagnose complex deployment issues without reliance on senior customer engineering personnel.The role is advisory and troubleshooting focused, requiring extensive hands-on experience with BigFix architecture, client deployment, inventory scanning, relay infrastructure, and Legacy operating system support.Your responsibilities: End User Deployment Support Attend scheduled remote support sessions directly with end users. Guide users through installation, validation, and troubleshooting activities. Diagnose and resolve deployment issues in Real Time. Validate successful agent registration and inventory scan operation.Technical Troubleshooting Investigate installation failures, inventory scan issues, registration failures, and relay communication problems.
